My Process
Confirm details
To help me capture your event exactly as you envision it, I’ll need a few key details beforehand. This includes the event location, date and timing, run sheet or schedule, any important people or moments you’d like photographed, and any special requirements or requests. Providing this information ahead of time helps ensure everything runs smoothly and that no important moments are missed.
Shooting Day
Whether it's a corporate event, community gathering, private function, or special celebration, I take a relaxed and unobtrusive approach to photography. My focus is on capturing authentic moments, genuine interactions, and the details that make your event unique, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the occasion while I document it naturally.
After the shoot
Once your event is complete, I professionally edit and curate the images to showcase the key moments, genuine interactions, and overall atmosphere of the occasion. I take the time to carefully select and edit the strongest images to tell the story of your event as it happened. Once the editing is complete, I’ll send through your gallery link and download code. Most galleries are delivered within a week of the event, however turnaround times may extend to up to 4 weeks during busier periods depending on workload.
